If you'd like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please contact our Customer Service team here to get full instructions and assistance.
Please be informed that you will bear the shipping fee (both-way postage charges) to us and ship back to you.
*If there’s a price difference for the product you want to exchange, we will not refund the money. You may buy other product that is equivalent to the price difference or you have to pay if the price difference is higher than the original product you buy.
Outlet Walk-in Exchange
Prefer to exchange at one of our physical outlets? Here's how:
1. Contact our customer service through our Customer Service Whatsappp here.
2. State what size you want to exchange to and outlets location you want to visit.
3. Our team will check stock availability andreserve the item for you if available.
4. You can show the order to the outlet’s staff.
* Exchange at the outlets is depends on the availability of the size/product that you want to exchange.
